By submitting this parade entry form, participants acknowledge and agree that participation in the Benton City Daze Parade is voluntary and may involve certain risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or accidents.
Participants agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the Benton City Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Information Center, the City of Benton City, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from participation in the parade event.
Participants further agree to follow all parade rules, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by event organizers. The Benton City Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to remove any participant or entry deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
By submitting this form, the participant confirms they are authorized to register the entry and agree to the terms listed above.
